JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Harley: Yes you had phones that you could talk on in all
the cells.
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people?
Harley: Collect calls was all you had.
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Harley: They wouldn't allow calling cards in the cells
and you could not buy any.
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Harley: They said that they do but I'm not sure.
