JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Harley: No you had to make out a paper to get any, that
is if the guard would give it to the right person
wich was hardly ever.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Harley: Kept asking and asking and asking. then they
would get tired of you and give it to you.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs?
Harley: I never saw any of that .
