JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Harley: It was for a accident that happened on my
motorcycle. A woman pulled out in front of me and
I crashed the bike. I had witteness and on film
and they never charged her with leaving the the
accident and I was charged with a d.u.i. and it
took a year and a half to go to court on it. In
the mean time they threw the evidense out and
prosecuted me anyway.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning?
Harley: no they did not I was in Maine medical for three
weeks.
JM: What was your court appearance like?
Harley: It was a kagaroo court no common sense on the
juges part.
